  2. Single disc machine, also called floor polisher or floor buffer machine. Used for floor renovation and polishing/buffing, to remove scratches and bring shine back. The RPM ranges from 150 to 600, and they can carry extra weights to add pressure.
  3. Floor orbital machine, they're not working like single disc machine, the rotary way, they're clean and shine floor by oscillating movement. They have a typical single disc one and a square orbital one, it's also called square orbital machine. Excellent for heavy-duty floor stripping and renovation works to remove the old coating layers, finishes, scratches and hard stains. They're not rotary so it's not RPM, it's oscillating times per minute, 1000 to 3000 times/m, very powerful machine.
  4. Floor burnisher, also called floor burnishing machine. Designed for high-speed burnishing works to bring high shine. If it's 1000-2000RPM, it's high-speed burnisher, if it's above 3000RPM, it's called UHS (Ultra-high-speed) floor burnisher. Usually, the UHS one is not electric, the're powered by gasoline and used for concrete floor burnishing.

Q3. How to choose floor scrubber quickly?

The floor area decides how big a floor scrubber machine you need.

Q4. Could I use the floor scrubber to pick up papers, leaves, sands, debris these rubbish?

No, it's not suggested. If your floor scrubber has cylindrical brushes, they can pick up small debris but don't expect they can work as floor sweeper machine.

Q5. Could I use the floor scrubber outdoors? What kind of floor can I use?

It can be used but is not recommended for use on outdoor floors. Generally, outdoor floors are mostly rough granite floors or rough stone floors. The rough floor will cause a lot of wear on the squeegee rubber and brushes or pads of the machine, and the stains on the outdoor floors are more stubborn. It is generally recommended to use special machines like single disc or square orbital floor machine for special deep cleaning projects. The floor scrubber can clean a variety of floors including concrete, cement-based floor, stone, PVC, Linoleum and other resilient and hard floors.

About Consumables (Pads, Chemicals, Brushes, Squeegees)

Q1. Could I use detergent on floor scrubbing machine?

For neutral detergents or specialized one designed for scrubber dryer machines, they can be added to the solution tank and use. For other acidic and alkaline detergents, you need to contact after-sales personnel for confirmation and use them under guidance and recommendations to avoid corrosion or adverse effects on machine components. Unsuitable products can create foam in the recovery tank, which can damage components.
