1. About the process principle of dust filter cartridge equipment for sweeping vehicles

A sweeper is a mechanized device used to clean public places, such as roads, squares, parking lots and other outdoor places. Since a large amount of dust and debris will enter the sweeper's cleaning system, the anti-pollution ability of the sweeper becomes the key, among which, and mainly completed by the dust filter cartridge equipment. The dust filter cartridge equipment is a key component of the sweeper cleaning system. It can effectively reduce the air pollution caused by the sweeper and maintain the quality of the air.

In the sweeper cleaning system, the air cleaned by the dust filter cartridge equipment will first undergo a preliminary filtration step. In this process, the separation of large particles and the filtration of coarse impurities will occur. Metal filters are usually used to improve this filtration effect. They can filter coarse dust and debris particles, as well as other stable liquids or gases.

After completing the preliminary filtration, the dust filter cartridge system will enter the adsorption step. In this step, the unfiltered fine particles are removed from the charged filter. Since the filter is charged, these particles will be adsorbed on the filter. This process can remove smoke particles with a diameter of less than 1 micron, as well as fine dust.

Through the above two steps of filtration, the dust generated on the surface of the filter cartridge can be significantly reduced. However, there are still tiny dust particles, and the filter cartridge equipment needs a certain screening effect to reduce air pollution and also reduce power consumption. When the air enters the filter cartridge, the large dust particles that have been removed will leave a layer of tiny particles on the surface of the filter cartridge. This layer of tiny particles plays an important role in subsequent air filtration and cleaning. They will slowly produce tiny particles, and eventually turn the filter cartridge into a "multi-dimensional" self-cleaning system.

2. The function of the sweeper filter cartridge

Sweeper filter cartridges are particularly important in the manufacturing industry, because dust accumulation in factory workshops can seriously affect the working environment, reduce the health of employees, and may damage machinery and equipment. Therefore, dust prevention and dust removal have become a problem to be solved in the manufacturing industry. Sweeper filter cartridges effectively solve this problem through their efficient filtration and durability.

3. Common filtering methods

HEPA filter: A power filter that can filter at least 99.97% of airborne particles, commonly used in medical facilities, laboratories and high-end vacuum cleaners. The material of HEPA filter can be fiberglass, polypropylene or other synthetic materials.

ULPA filter: Provides higher filtration efficiency than HEPA, can filter at least 99.999% of particles 0.12 microns and above, and is often used in environments that require extremely high cleanliness.

Activated carbon filter: Activated carbon filters use the adsorption properties of activated carbon to remove harmful gases and odors from the air. They are often used in combination with other filters to provide a more comprehensive filtration solution.

Water filtration: Some vacuum cleaners use water as the filter medium. This type of vacuum cleaner captures dust and particles through the adhesion of water, which is suitable for capturing wet dust or oily particles.

Dust bag and dust box: It is a container in the vacuum cleaner that collects dust and particles. Dust bags are usually disposable, while dust boxes can be emptied and reused. They can be made of paper, non-woven fabrics or other synthetic materials.

4. Filter level classification

Primary filtration: Usually made of large-pore sponge or metal mesh, used to capture larger particles, such as dust, paper scraps, etc.

Intermediate filtration: May include HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters or similar materials, which can capture particles 0.3 microns and above with very high filtration efficiency.

Advanced filtration: In some high-end vacuum cleaners, activated carbon filters or HEPA and ULPA (Ultra-High Efficiency Particulate Air) level filters may also be included to remove finer particles and absorb harmful gases.
