1. Check the key switch is in the "ON" position. If it is in the "OFF" position, turn the key switch to the "ON" position.
2. Check if the battery is fully charged. If the battery voltage is lower than 22V, the machine will not work properly. Please charge it in time.
3. Check if the LCD shows fault codes. If any fault code appears, please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer directly.
4. Check if the machine program is correct. As the functions of each model are different, the program cannot be used universally. If the LCD program is inconsistent with the machine model when booting, it will not work properly. Please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer directly.

1. Check if the solution tank is sufficient. If the tank is not plenty of water, please add water in time.
2. Check the water valve is open. If the water valve is in the vertical direction, it is closed, if in the horizontal direction, it is open.
3. Check if the filter is clogged. Please clean the filter regularly to prevent impurities from clogging the filter.
4. Check if the solenoid valve is blocked. If the water inlet of the solenoid valve is normal, the outlet end cannot be discharged normally or the water output is small. Please clean or replace the solenoid valve.
5. Check if the micro water pump is faulty. If the water inlet of the micro water pump is normal, the outlet end cannot be discharged normally. Please replace the micro water pump.

1. Check if the recovery tank is sealed, or the cover seal is broken, please cover the recovery tank and drain pipe properly.
2. Check if the suction pipe is blocked, clean the suction pipe and squeegee regularly to avoid the water absorption effect caused by the blockage of impurities such as hair.
3. Check if the squeegee rubber is wear. Use the other side of the rubber or replace it regularly.
4. Check if the suction motor is faulty or insufficient. If so, please replace the suction motor.
5. Check if the squeegee rubber is properly attached to the ground. If the rubber is perpendicular to the ground or the angle is too large, please adjust the height of the swivel caster to make the back strip evenly tilt back 5mm.

2. Check if the LCD indicates fault code “Brush Err”. If the fault code appears, please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer directly.
3. Check if the brush motor is faulty. If the brush motor does not work properly after power-on, or the output current is too large, please replace the brush motor.
4. Check if the brush motor power output terminal, which connects the integrated controller, is 24V. If not, the integrated controller is faulty, please replace it.

1. Check if the battery is fully charged. If the battery voltage is lower than 22V, the machine will not work normally. Please charge it in time.
2. Check if the LCD indicates the fault code “Suction Err”. If the fault code appears, please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer directly.
3. Check if the water suction motor is faulty. If the brush motor does not work normally or the output current is too large after power-on, please replace the water suction motor.
4. Check if the suction motor power output terminal, which connects the integrated controller, is 24V. If not, the integrated controller is faulty, please replace it.

1. If the machine cannot go backwards and only can go forward, check if the suction motor is working, the machine can't go backwards when it is working.
2. If the floor scrubber cannot move forward or backward normally, for ride-on machine please check if the foot pedal and integrated controller output are normal. For walk-behind machine, please check whether the output of the integrated controller is normal. If abnormal, please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer directly.

1. Check if the charger socket is plugged in. Please select the battery socket to connect with the charger socket.
2. Check if the charger indicator is normal, when the red light appears or the indicator is off. Please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer directly.
3. Check if the battery level is too low. When the battery voltage is lower than 18V, the charger cannot be charged, and the battery is out of power seriously. Please contact your local distributor or contact the manufacturer directly.
4. After fully charged, if the machine still alarm “charging” after power on. Please contact your local distributor or contact the manufacturer directly.

1. Check if the electromagnetic brake is turned on. If it is upturned, please pull the electromagnetic brake wrench down.
2. Check if the electromagnetic brake power cable is open circuit by multimeter. If the circuit is disconnected, reconnect the electromagnetic brake power cable.
3. Check if the machine's booting procedure is correct. Select the right program for the model. If the program is wrong due to incorrect operation, please contact your local distributor or the manufacturer directly.

1. Check if the micro switch is damaged. If the shrapnel of the micro switch is damaged, replace the micro switch.
2. Check if the position of the micro switch is deviated. When lifting the brush and squeegee handle. If the limit rocker cannot trigger the micro switch, please adjust the position of the micro switch.

1. Check if the battery is fully charged, when the battery voltage is lower than 22V and alarm “charging”, please charge in time;
2. Check if the emergency stop switch is pressed. If it does, turn on the emergency stop switch and restart the machine (only suit forT90).
3. Check if each fuse is blown. If it does, please replace it;
4. Check if the integrated controller is faulty. If it does, please replace the integrated controller.
5. Check if the DC contactor can be properly sucked.. If the coil does not pick up properly after power-on, please replace the DC contactor.
